We are always looking for help in many ways.

Help with our running costs – maintaining our helpline, training volunteers, administration costs, providing this web page.

Help with supporting our members – are you a trained counsellor, listener, or interested in becoming one?

Becoming a Trustee – do you feel you could join our Board?

Help in any other way – we always need volunteers to help with, or take up, small projects.
