The AFFECT Team

AFFECT’s Voluntary Telephone Support Workers (TSWs) are the very heart of our charity. Alongside our Trustees many of whom have personal experience supporting a loved one through the prison system. They bring a wealth of authenticity, expertise, and empathy to every call. Their lived experience not only enables us to truly connect with our service users, while also driving our efforts to reduce the isolation and stigma often faced by families affected by imprisonment.
