DONATEVolunteer & Trustee Board Opportunities
Volunteer Telephone Support Worker
The Telephone Support Workers (TSWs) are the backbone of our service, providing free, confidential, and non-judgmental support to families who’s loved one who has committed or been accused of a serious criminal offence. We are committed to delivering person-centred support to families, to help them navigate through this challenging time.
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated volunteers to join our team and provide vital telephone support to our clients. Ideally, candidates will have lived experience of having a family member incarcerated and hold a Level 2 Counselling qualification. However, we also provide free Level 2 Counselling training to equip volunteers with the necessary skills and an understanding of the Criminal Justice System.
